We at Julius Meinl accept international orders and ship daily worldwide with our delivery partners FedEx and DHL. When you place an order via our online shop, your order is hand-crafted in Vienna and shipped to arrive within few business days. Please allow some 3 days for roasting and packing your customized coffee. Reliable shipping partners secure prompt delivery at competitive shipping prices. On shipping you receive an email notification that your package is on its way. The shipping method and carrier will be included in your order confirmation and you can track your products' progress online with your tracking number.

You can pay securely by credit card or via PayPal. Click ‘Place Order Now’ to finally submit your order. On completing your order you will receive a confirmation which you might want to print out for future reference. On shipping you will receive a Tracking Number by email from our Julius Meinl Customer Service to follow the progress of your shipment. Depending on your location products will arrive at your destination within two to five business days.

Returns & Replacements

Our products are carefully packed to ensure safe arrival at your door. We use proven wrapping materials and techniques to ensure our products are well looked after during their journey. Should a delivery not meet your expectations please contact our Julius Meinl Customer Service for support giving a short description of your problem. A customer service specialist will contact you shortly and support you. If you miss an item please check your invoice again to confirm this.
Sometimes we split your order into 2 or more packages for optimal packaging reasons. If this is done, the second package may arrive a day later.
