Hazel shot

20 ml ristretto, 20 ml hazelnut liqueur, 20ml vanilla milk, whipped cream. Optional topping: brittle. 

Pour the hazelnut liqueur into a shot glass and add vanilla milk carefully at the edge of the glass. Pour the ristretto over the milk as a separate layer and top it with whipped cream. Don’t stir the shot before drinking!

Cinnamon for a girl

30 ml espresso, 100 ml milk, cinnamon powder, dark chocolate sauce. 

Apply the chocolate sauce 2 cm below the inner rim of the glass. Sprinkle with the cinnamon powder and pour a traditional cafe latte over it. Sprinkle the foam with cinnamon.

Winter Punch

1/4l  apple juice, 1 Julius Meinl BigBag „Fruit Symphony“ or 2 Julius Meinl teabags „Fruit Symphony“, 1 lemon, 1 orange, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder honey

Prepare the fruit tea with 300ml of freshly boiled water and let it steep for 8 minutes. Afterwards mix the tea, the apple juice, the juice of the lemon and the orange, add the cinnamon and heat up. Add honey to taste.

Tyrolean "Jäger Tee"

1 Julius Meinl BigBag „Assam Jamguri“ or  2 teabags „Assam India“, 60 g cane sugar, 30 ml rum, 30 ml semidry red wine, 1 lemon, 1 orange, 2 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks

Prepare the tea with 400ml of freshly boiling water and let it brew for 4-5 minutes. Mingle and heat up the red wine, the juice of the orange and the lemon and add the spices. Stir in the freshly brewed tea, the sugar and the rum. Garnish the „Jäger Tee“ with a slice of orange.
