Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we do. We accept international orders in our Julius Meinl online shop and ship daily worldwide with our delivery partners. When you place an order online, your order is hand-packed in Vienna, Austria and shipped to arrive within a few business days. Reliable shipping partners secure prompt delivery at competitive shipping prices.

 

How do I order online?

Browse through our product categories and place the quantity of each Julius Meinl product you would like to order in your shopping cart.
After choosing your items ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to place an order. You can ‘Register’ or ‘Check out as a Guest’.
Fill out the required fields on the checkout page. Enter your billing and shipping address, choose a shipping method and submit your payment information. You can pay securely by credit card or via PayPal. Click ‘Buy now’ to finally submit your order. Upon sucessfully placing your order, you will receive your order confirmation number as well as an email confirmation.
On shipping, you will receive a tacking number by email from Julius Meinl Customer Service to follow your order. Your Julius Meinl products will arrive at your destination within several business days.

Our posted prices in US dollars ($) are NET PRICES. European Sales Tax has automatically been removed for shipments to destinations outside Europe.

 

Can I add multiple products to my shopping cart?

Yes, you can. The Julius Meinl online shop uses cookies to support convenient online shopping. Cookies let you add mutiple products in your shopping cart.  What can I do if I receive a damaged or broken item?

Your products are carefully packed for a safe arrival. Our wrapping materials and packaging techniques ensure products are well protected during shipping. Should a delivery not meet your expectations please contact our Julius Meinl Customer Service, giving a short description of the problem. A customer service specialist will support you for replacements or returns as your satisfaction with our products and services is important to us.
